Important Information

• Hair can be dyed or bleached, but this is entirely at your own risk. We are not liable for damage from chemical treatments.

• Orders cannot be cancelled after placement.

  Due to product hygiene, we do not accept returns and do not offer refunds.

• All available payment methods are listed on the website. Payment in installments is not possible.

• Your personal data will be treated confidentially and will never be shared with third parties

• If an order is registered as delivered according to Track & Trace, we are not responsible for missing packages. Therefore, always carefully check your address information.

  Orders will be shipped within the delivery timeframe stated on our website.

FAQ

 

  What is the waiting time?

If you would like to know if you can pick up the bundles on the very same day you wish to order, please send a WhatsApp message to check if that is possible.

Orders are processed every Thursday. After processing, please allow 8-10 business days for delivery before we receive your hair.

 

Once we have received your hair and your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with a Track & Trace code so you can track your package.

 

The estimated delivery times after shipment are as follows:

• The Netherlands: 1–3 business days (via PostNL)

• Europe: 8–11 business days

• Outside Europe: 9–15 business days (maximum)

 

Please note: the stated delivery times are indicative and may vary in exceptional cases.

 

  • How long does hair last?

The lifespan of hair depends on the type and care:

• 1–2 years  Chemically treated virgin hair bundles

• 2–3.5 years  100% unprocessed hair bundles

 

With proper care, hair can last even longer

What is your return policy?

 

Due to hygiene regulations, we have a strict no-return & no-refund policy.

 

Hair bundles cannot be returned or refunded. Therefore, if you have any doubts, we recommend that you always contact us first for advice.
